Fund Longfellow nonprofit neighbors!

LONGFELLOW RISING is a core, community-driven nonprofit dedicated to rebuilding and amplifying the downtown Longfellow district with a focus on equity,  sustainability, belonging, and the role of art and culture in creating justice.

We're working toward a revitalized, diverse, and sustainable neighborhood for everyone. When one of us thrives – from a nonprofit theater to a family-owned book store  –  we all benefit from mutual healing and growth together. This is Longfellow Rising’s mission. 

Our community's strength comes from the collective effort of all local organizations. This year, for Give to the Max Day, Longfellow Rising is shifting its focus to serve as a digital "Longfellow Nonprofit Hub," encouraging donors to support the entire ecosystem of dedicated groups that serve the area.

While we are aiming to meet our own goal of $3,000 to fund our critical work—telling the story of what’s happening here and ensuring a safe and thriving neighborhood—we are also asking the community to participate in a “Collaborative” giving movement.
