Creating a thriving commercial district means making it easy for people to visit, shop, work, and gather. Longfellow Rising partnered with Redesign Inc., The Graves Foundation, Lake Street Council, and Walker Consultants to better understand parking conditions in Downtown Longfellow and identify opportunities to support local businesses, improve accessibility, and plan for future growth. This study provides data, observations, and recommendations to help guide community conversations while preserving the neighborhood's walkability and unique character.
